TSF 法兰型
GKRW TSF系列带法兰单列圆锥滚子轴承,其分类命名参照了美国Timken公司的圆锥滚子轴承体系——其中“T”代表圆锥滚子轴承(Tapered roller bearing),“S”表示单列(Single row),“F”则指外圈带法兰(Flanged Cup)。与TS系列不同之处在于,由于公制尺寸的法兰型圆锥滚子轴承型号相对较少,GKRW将公制规格也纳入TSF系列范畴,因此本系列实际上涵盖了所有公制和英制尺寸的法兰型单列圆锥滚子轴承,具备更广泛的适用性。 该类轴承外圈上的法兰结构主要用于轴向定位,便于安装时与轴承座精确对中。轴承座孔经过精密加工,可确保轴承与座孔的良好配合,而法兰通常无需额外夹紧,简化了装配流程。在轴承编号系统中,带法兰的外圈以后缀字母“-B”或“-BA”表示,该外圈可与同一系列中的任一单内圈配合使用,具有较好的互换性。用户在询价或下单时,请务必分别指明所需内圈和外圈的具体轴承型号,以确保选型准确。GKRW订货示例:365/362-B,供参考。
