GKRW圆环滚子轴承融合了调心滚子轴承的自调心能力与圆柱滚子轴承的自由轴向位移特性,其紧凑的横截面设计在满足径向空间限制的同时,有效补偿了轴挠曲和安装偏差,因此日益受到机械设计工程师的青睐。该类轴承为开式、无密封结构,内部滚动体配置提供带保持架和满装滚子两种型式:满装型因滚动体数量最大化,径向承载能力显著优于同尺寸带保持架设计,但外圈一侧设有安装卡环,会限制该方向上的轴向位移距离,选型时需综合载荷与轴向空间要求进行权衡。 GKRW圆环滚子轴承提供圆柱孔和圆锥孔两种内孔设计,其中圆锥孔轴承采用1:12(后缀K)或1:30(后缀K30)两种锥度规格,可配合标准紧定套或退卸套安装,实现内圈与轴的可靠配合及径向游隙的灵活调整,简化大型轴承的装配与维护流程。配套紧定套详见GKRW商城紧定套单元。 该系列轴承在安装兼容性方面表现出色,C30、C31、C22及C23尺寸系列的大部分圆环滚子轴承可适配标准立式剖分轴承座,便于设备升级与备件替换,降低整体安装成本。其尺寸覆盖范围广泛:内径从25mm至1500mm,外径从52mm至1950mm,宽度从18mm至462mm,能够满足从中小型设备到特大型重载机械的多样化应用需求,广泛应用于造纸机械、钢铁冶金、风力发电及物料输送等领域,为用户提供兼具调心性和轴向位移自由度的紧凑型支承解决方案。如需非标设计或特殊配置,欢迎联系GKRW工程师获取专业技术支持。
